SONC Supports Investigation Into LAHSA, Bypass Effort

The Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council supports Council File 24-1480. We also request that
City Council take immediate action to investigate funding allocated to, and spent by Los Angeles
Homeless Service Authority (LAHSA), which is presently unaccounted for; and seek to impose
criminal liability on agents of LAHSA deemed responsible if findings conclude that misconduct
and/or likely embezzlement occurred.
