If you are already registered from the old site, put your cursor over "Get Involved" in the navigation to the left and you will see a Log In link. Your old log in should work. If you've forgotten it, use the link to be emailed how to log in. Once logged in, in the "Get Involved" section you will now see a link for "My Profile" where you can update your information as desired including subscribing or unsubscribing to the main SONC mail list or individual committee mail lists.

Whenever you get an email from us, at the bottom of the email will be a link to unsubscribe should you want to. Just double click it.
