SONC will establish procedures for communicating with all Neighborhood Council stakeholders on a regular basis in a manner ensuring that information is disseminated evenly and in a timely manner. Chaired by a member of the Board of Directors, this committee shall undertake the effort of setting up communication to SONC stakeholders as required under the Plan.
